I am Wendy Lucas, the Owner Broker of Wendy Lucas Real Estate, a boutique Real Estate company located in Aspen and Basalt, Colorado working full time to provide buyers and sellers with the utmost brokerage services anywhere. I have been a full-time Realtor in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1991. My current concentration is the luxury single family, townhome, and condominium market in Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs, and working with buyers and sellers interested in making the right deal right now.

Background

Among the people I work with, I am well regarded for my negotiation skills and tactics. I’m respected for my ongoing statistical analysis of the market and a tenacious ability to find out what is going on and where the best deals can be had. I pride myself on keeping abreast of the market, movements, trends, competition and clever ideas, and keeping my clients well informed. When I think of “who I am”, the phrase that first comes to mind is “strong work ethic”.

My experience represents the dedication of a thirty-year work journey. I have worked for and trained at the three top real estate offices in the valley and practiced as an attorney in New York, California, and Colorado. I established myself as the leading broker in the midvalley, selling more real estate individually than most offices. My concentration, for years, was working with developers representing pre-construction sales. In that role, I sold hundreds of luxury homes, condos and townhomes before they ever were built. My “close to contract” ratio was 99%.
