Wendy Lucas and Company was newly formed in 2006 to be the premier Real Estate office in the midvalley. Our goal is to provide information and the benefit of experience to Buyers and Sellers of Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley real estate.
Wendy Lucas was trained at the three top real estate offices in the valley. She is well known for her practice working with developers and builders and particularly for her concentration on pre-construction sales, multi-unit developments and high end home and estate properties. Before moving to the valley, Wendy worked as an attorney, gaining valuable experience in contract drafting and negotiation, financial investment and real estate development. Wendy has been recognized by her fellow Realtors as Most Valuable Associate and Top Producer. She has also been recognized for Exceptional Sales Volume, Highest Dollar Volume, and Highest Number of Transactions. Wendy has been the Number 1 selling broker in both the Aspen and Glenwood Board of Realtors for eight years running. She attributes her success, in part, to her continued pursuit of education and experience, tireless enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
