Wendy Lucas was trained at the three top real estate offices in the valley. Triangle Park Lofts at Willits August 2004

44 unique loft styled condominiums. The precursor to Market Street Lofts. All units were sold prior to completion with 100% close rate.

Golf View Condominiums in Holland Hills 2001

Four-plex in Holland Hills owned by a plastic surgeon. Worked with Seller to develop condominium documents, establish homeowners association and get the project ready for individual sales. Marketed and sold all units.  

Single Family Homesites at Willits 1997 to Present

155 Single Family Homesites released in stages. Prices have increased from an average of $70,000 to an average of $450,000.
